Frequently Asked Questions

Will there be transportation from town to the wedding and back?

Yes! Looping shuttles will be available to off property guests departing from Grape Leaf Inn and Hotel Trio, the first shuttle will arrive at 2:30pm with the first loop departing at 2:40pm. Each loop will take approximately 25 minutes.

Evening shuttling from the Montage will begin at 10pm with drop offs at Grape Leaf Inn and Hotel Trio, the last departure for this shuttle will be at 1:05am.

What is the dress code?

For wedding day, please dress in formal attire (floor-length, formal dresses for women; tuxedos are preferred for men, but suits are acceptable also). Our welcome party will be cocktail attire.

Are the events indoors or outdoors?

On wedding day, the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and reception will all be outdoors until 10pm. The party will continue indoors from 10pm on! The welcome party is indoor/outdoor on a semi-enclosed rooftop. It can cool down substantially in the evenings, so ladies may want to have an extra layer on hand.

Are kids allowed to join?

While we love your little ones, the weekend events are kids-free. Our hope is to ensure that all of our guests are able to relax and enjoy themselves for a weekend getaway. However, if your kids will be in town with you for the weekend, we can provide recommendations for local nanny services upon request.
